In 2003, Kimberly listed, marketed and sold a fabulous Mediterranean-style home that was part of the Seattle Street of Dreams in Issaquah. That home’s value was $1.5 million. She represented the same builder in the 2005 Seattle Street of Dreams in Woodinville showcasing a lodge-style home valued at $2.5 million. Her considerable experience in marketing and contract negotiation spans the range from under $1 million to nearly $3 million.

Kimberly has a detailed and personal knowledge of the market in the cities of Sammamish, Issaquah, Bellevue, Redmond, Carnation and Woodinville, and therefore specializes in marketing and selling luxury homes only in these areas.
